Our commitment to safety extends beyond driver training. We teach our drivers to identify proper load securement procedures and empower them to insist that all safety requirements are met before a load leaves the dock.

Selecting the Right Clients – Driver success starts with the right partnership. Our on-site safety evaluation enables us to assess each client’s safety culture, review key safety metrics, and identify any specialized training needs, so drivers are prepared for the job from day one.
Orientation Training – Every driver dispatched by ProDrivers will be trained in the following:
- Hours of Service Limits
- Truckers Against Trafficking
- Eight Seconds – One Fatal Distraction
Additional training may be required based on specific client needs or requests.
Driver Self-Observations – Our drivers regularly complete self-observations that reinforce safe work practices and promote awareness of common industry hazards. By addressing topics such as fatigue, lifting techniques, slips, trips, falls, and roadway distractions, these conversations help identify risks early and support a proactive safety culture.
