Save for retirement with American Funds IRA (Individual Retirement Account). You will have the option of choosing ROTH or Traditional IRA. The Traditional IRA contributions may be tax deductible, please check with your tax preparer. ProDrivers will pay holiday pay to drivers based on the following criteria. You must work 1000 billable hours the previous thirty weeks prior to the holiday week. You must also work or call in available the workdays before and after the holiday. You will be paid 8 hours of holiday pay at your current straight time hourly rate. When eligible, paid holidays will include Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day.
Please contact your local branch for specific information regarding our Referral Bonus program. (1) Participation is strictly voluntary in this referral program; (2) The employer’s expectation is that recruitment efforts will not involve significant time on the part of our employees; and (3) Activity in this program should be limited to after-hours solicitation done only among friends, relatives, neighbors and acquaintances as part of social affairs.
All of our field employees are paid or have the option to be paid through our pay card system. No need to wait for your paycheck or rush to the bank. You can access your funds, at least one time free of charge (each week), via a national network of ATMs, local banks and point of purchase machines. Your payroll funds can also be directly deposited to the bank account of your choice through our paycard program.
Your paystubs are accessible online so you can access them 24/7. If you do not have internet access, you may use a kiosk computer at any of our branch locations. Alternatively, you have an option to obtain your pay information via telephone using an Interactive Voice Response.
Tutorials are available for the most popular software programs in most every branch office. Some clients offer specific training and video aided job preparation which you may voluntarily participate in.
Your employment records and work history will be transferred to any of our offices or divisions in the continental United States. Your accrued work hours will transfer and are immediately applicable to the programs available in your new location.
